Jelly

Pineapple jam

Mixed Fruit Jam

Ingredients: Various types of fruit pulp of choice (mango, papaya, pineapple, orange, malta, apple, grapes etc.) 1 kg, sugar 1 kg, agaar agaar half teaspoon, citric acid one and half teaspoon, mango emulsion quarter teaspoon Mango sweet essence semi-teaspoon, orange oil 1 teaspoon, orange emulsion 1 teaspoon, potassium metabysalite quarter teaspoon.

Pepper jelly

Ingredients: 4 cups of ripe papaya juice, 4 cups of sugar, 2 teaspoons of agar aga, citric acid 1 teaspoon, potassium metabisal white quarter teaspoon.

 

Procedure: Sprinkle ripe guava and boil it. Can not stir up. Keep aside for half a cup of water and keep aside for 10 minutes. Powder juice again and again by burning sugar. Ingredients: Mango, pineapple, papaya, orange, carrot, apple juice, one and a half kilograms, sugar one and a half kilograms, agaar agaar two and a quarter teaspoons, potassium metabisal white quarter teaspoon, citric acid 1 teaspoon, orange oil 1 teaspoon , Mango emulsion quarter teaspoon, sweet mango essence semi-teaspoon, orange emulsion half teaspoon, sweet orange essence semi-teaspoon.
